Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept refunds or returns on edible products once purchased.

 Defective Product Exchange Policy (United States)

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, you may be eligible for an exchange, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • The defect or damage must be reported within 30 of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • The defect must not be caused by misuse, improper storage, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage

Once approved, we will replace the item with the same product or a comparable substitute, subject to availability.

Exclusions

  • Refunds are not offered; approved claims are eligible for exchange only
  • Edible products are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they arrive defective, damaged, or unfit for consumption
  • Clearance or final-sale items may be excluded unless required by law
